Chocolate Albizia is a very nice wood. It’s used in wood turning and furniture.
They shouldn’t have any problem getting takers for that tree.

I don't think anyone is going to buy a fully grown albizia tree to plant it in their lot. I might be wrong but suspect the owner is finding a way to get rid of them for other purposes, such as furniture. I may well be wrong, but it might be a clever way to rid their property of albizia trees without paying thousands of dollars to get them chopped down and removed.

I hadn't heard of this variety of Albizia before.
Winkler woods would probably take them for the right price.

They aren't asking anyone to take the trees and replant them. the key word is "harvest" as in cut down.
