2018 HPP District Elections
Yes, Mermaid, my issues are with the old Majority BOD. I have great hopes for the incoming Majority!
We’ll have a clearer picture tomorrow.
Everyone who can, please come to the Membership Meeting,

Yes, you may have some water, and cookies too!

Yes Mermaid, I said I agreed with Kenney. We do know how the remaining board members are and some who have been on committees .We have all seen the power go to some's heads and we have seen (hopefully) the worst of it. We are all hopeful. We all hope the new board moves forward and fixes all the wrongs that have been done in the last 4 years. We all know that this sub division is to large to be managed by volunteers. We all hope that each district member listens to the members and never thinks they know best.

Basically, I'd like to see respect. We just don't see much respect anymore, any where.

So sick of the "me me me " mentality.

In my view, we now have hope. I look forward to watching this change unfold.

Wish I could have been there. the nasties will never change. It is all they have. Now crossing my fingers the right things are done the right way.

I agree Kenney.

During the membership meeting yesterday, the Nominating Committee chair informed the membership that the majority board took over the Nominating Committees duties. The duties are clearly stated in the bylaws and the NC is part of the election process up to the point the ballots are mailed out.

He questioned the white ballots used for Dist 6. He said the watermark will show on white ballots each time they're copied. Watermarks on colored paper fades which is why colored paper is supposed to be used for ballots. All the other district ballots were colored.

To see who the new board officers are, please refer to HPP Biz thread.

Craig Crelly wasn't present at the membership meeting.
