sometimes you can get a good deal if there's not mainland buyers buying up everything, just check out the lots beforehand and bid up to what a good deal would be, if you don't get it so what? if you do yes the owner has a year to buy it back but they have to pay you 12% interest, where else can you make that kind of money?
