Just wondering, Shipman land clearing

Once completed - traffic will be a nightmare .
The land clearing on the North side of Hwy 11 from Ship-man Park is a flood zone in the lowest sections.Also high in arsenic as much of this area was a dump site for sugar in the 1930s and 1940s.
Traffic now is a quagmire - just imagine when all thee new town homes go in.
Enjoy it now while we can .

OK, across-street neighbors` backyard abuts the fields...the Cat driver working by their back fence informed them that the clearing was for new papaya leases...
So reset & more of the same... for now..
