Crack and meth and cocain kill. Its time to take the billions a year we spend on prosecution and incarceration, and make the drugs not a felony and spend the money on educating the next generation of kids that it kills both the people and the family's.
If you make kids watch what happens as a crackhead goes thru life and what they do to themselves and there family ,several times as the go thru there school learning process.
They might think twice before smoking that crack pipe.
Have kids tested early to see if they are genetically predisposed to be a druggy ,and give them individual counseling to stop it before it starts would go a long way in the right direction. Norway, Sweden, etc have this program and it works.
