That's the same spot where I reported to you guys that an acquaintance truck was stolen at knife point a couple of weeks ago... And it happened at 8 AM!

As if the police couldn't deal with the matter in another way. Shame. Pure BS! If this is the way police are trained to react we have a real problem.

Any cop that fires his/her weapon should be held to the same level of scrutiny as any other citizen is. Even if the guy doing the shooting has a badge it is still murder.

I think I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt here, she was trying to kill them.

Even if the person shooting is getting run down by a car? Would he have to get hit, or crushed before it's designated self defense?
Judge glinda has ruled, "it is still murder."

She was crashing a car into another car blocking her. All they had to do is step aside. Surround her and allow her to calm done. Even if it takes a while. The cop's aggression is criminal. Shooting someone should be the last resort. Where in all that was it the last resort? She could have been surrounded for a day.. two days.. why shoot her? Would you shoot her HOTPE? Come on.. are you willing to shoot some lady that is angry and banging into your car?

If that happened in England the lady would be alive. It is our gun laws that killed her. It is our obsessive use of guns that killed her. It is criminal that she is dead and I hope the cop is held accountable.

As described, this was indeed "attempted murder" which is grounds for a deadly force response in my world. It is also worth noting that the cops were focused enough in their reaction to take out the driver without even injuring the passenger in the SUV. I have been critical of the local police on numerous occasions, but not this time.

Were the cops being shot at? Were they pinned down under fire? Were they in an enclosed area without a way to retreat?

Let's see what the investigation uncovers. I, too, think cops are way too trigger happy in this country but this case seems justified to me.

In Hawaii they criticize the police for shooting a woman who is trying to kill them. In Texas, police shoot a man for being in his own apartment while black. I love this place.
