And if they stop smoking... they are going to die. Eventually.
Oh wait a minute.

I never knew you had to be 21 to smoke in Hawaii. Does anyone actually check? Ridiculous to treat some adults different than others.

Smoking ban in Hawaii? Prohibition worked, right? Oh...
IMO it is more effective to restrict where smoking is allowed. When the addicted smokers have to cluster around a common ashtray a specific distance from the entrance to any public building, it alters the allure of smoking. Rules should apply to any form of tobacco usage, including vaping. Even California did not restrict smoking on beaches, though it was attempted. Each island should set their own rules. Oahu is very different from Hawaii Island.

It's not a ban, it's a raising of the age limit! Nice trick.

2. Creagan's bill has no chance of passing, but you can bet the tobacco industry will spend plenty of money to make sure it doesn't.
...etc...(see page 4 of this thread)
Welcome back kalakoa, good to have you chime in again.
Thank you for once again raising the signal to noise ratio here.
As well as the insight to incite ratio.

Have they taken into consideration of the amount of Tourii addicted to Tobacco, and how it would affect said "trade"? Oh wait, that would mean another million dollar "analysis" to be done.

Yes:
That would effectively clear Hawaii's store shelves of cigarettes, although tourists could still bring them in.
