aloha all,
ha ha john, beef & broccoli, what's that? [
] no, the chinese DEFINITELY know how to cook (sorry oink!) [
]
next time you're there, ask them if they have any duck neck, pigs ear or chicken foot! all delicious! only problem with duck neck and chicken foot is there isn't enough meat on the bone, but the flavor is unreal.
i have been in china 6 months now, and i can honestly say that i haven't had a bad meal or dish yet! the great thing is there are so many different kinds of chinese food! my favorite has to be the chinese dishes with middle-eastern influence. kabobs you buy on the street are mouth-watering. 4 kabobs for about 75 cents (US)!
i'm eating guo tie (goh-tee-ay) right now as i type this. fried dumplings! (insert homer simpson mouth-watering sounds here!)
enjoy the panda express! [:p]
