CAUTION: In their supreme wisdom the left turn lane onto Pohaku Place (Laniuma access) is PAU by the road crew and now there is a double yellow line. So gotta turn onto pohaku circle at the church or go on to Pohaku Drive and backtrack. Not happy. And wondering if it's legal to make a left coming out of Pohaku Place now, guess not. No signage or warning.

Exactly as shown on the "Keaau-Pahoa Road Contra Flow Plan" announced back in April... not sure why this is a Big Surprise, the public had plenty of time to schedule meetings with DOT so their input could be ignored...

Seen the maps, i have a dasterdly master plan in construction. Reqires a blending lane before kaloli , and reopens as shower turns left on a permanent rt lane turn.
