Hawaiiantel internet problems

Anybody else in OLE having sporadic service issues last several days?

Nope. I called them yesterday because the clock on the phone would add 75 minutes when it rang. They said it was a fiber issue that would require a visit, 11 day wait. But the internet works okay.

Ours is the same as always. Slow.

Slow fiber or DSL?

This is fiber. Over the last several days the internet cuts out and then comes back. When it's running it's as fast as it's supposed to be but it keeps randomly dropping. Normally the drop is between 30 seconds to several minutes. It comes back on it's own and resetting the router doesn't make a difference.
