Things have been buzzing around here like a smoked out beehive lately. The "big trip" is going down may 9th to 25th. I got a house this time over in HPP so no Camp Snoopy & Woodstock for me. I had plans to bulldoze this year but the Gov. "Arnold" sent out pink slips a couple of months ago, so I've been rethinking "major" work until the smoke clears and we see where all the bodies are gonna fall. If I spend 6 G's now on a new driveway and then get laid off in july the "Wife drama" would be too much to handle. I've decided to just cruise around the island in a open top jeep and just do tree plantings.
In addition, what I thought was a medial ankle sprain is really a bone chip from a torn ligament, so I might need surgery too. If I walk for more than an hour my ankle swells up and I can't walk for a week afterwards. It's either that or some type of nueroma in the foot nerves, who knows? Good news on that is it happened at work so it's all covered by WC. The crappy part is the injury hurts enough to put me off work but it's not enough to "cash out" and retire from work. Another good thing is my Doc put me off work until June 1st so I don't have to use any of my vacation days on this trip.
Anyway, I'll shoot you a line with my local# and adress if you wanna come by for a visit or If i can come by the "Ranch" to see the new "Orphans", both human and pet, that would be cool too.
Carey- if the offer of the finger palms still stands, I'm all over it like a fat kid sucking on a poi bag. I'll connect with you when my footsies hit the dirt.

Okay, well, I still have tools for you.l I have a pile of coconuts that were never finished off as the girl here when you asked for them ran away shortly thereafter but.. there are ton of rooted ones and I let them sit in the open so we'll check them out!
I will get finger palms from Carey this week and get some for you too.
