We have our permits now! Just have to get the financing finished and get the bulldozing guy out - he has some projects ahead of us - and then we will get started. How exciting and scary all at once - I've never had a mortgage before and these numbers seem pretty big!

Congratulations Emily and welcome to the adventure. It is scary at first but you get used to it and after 5 years it seems like a breeze.
