The Court reinstated all those permits on 3/28/25.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Board of
Appeals' decision is REVERSED.
The 2020 permit shall be reinstated forthwith consistent with this Order.
Pursuant to Rule 58 Hawaii Rules of Civil Procedure, a final judgment on appeal shall enter in favor of Appellant 88-129 Kai LLC and against Appellees.
