So then, are YOU an actual paying customer, or did you exploit the “poorly implemented paywall” as you once described to the whole of PunaWeb on how to do so YOU could read the news story, or did you post the link to the Puna Alternate Route Study contract news story for the convenience to the rest of the PunaWeb community to further allow for comment, critique and discussion as some other PunaWeb posters do quite regularly but apparently get a bit chastised for doing so?
