Good picture, but does not accurately depict the traffic congestion at peak hours! Anyone not living here, will wonder what are we complaining about, when you consider how bad Kona and Oahu congestion is, State may not think this is a high priority when budget cuts are looming.

Larry Brown was out there taking pictures at the same time I was.

He mentioned the same thing, and said he might be bringing in other pictures from his computer (they gave us crappy cameras)

Others on the committee I'm sure know about the congestion and if we can find one good picture amongst all the pictures... then a good caption might just work.

The ones I've gotten have been so good... I'm probably going to use them all... as NO ONE has told me I can't submit more then one statement on these pictures. []
