Has anyone purchased a new honda generator on the island? Honda's website only shows distributors on Oahu.

I think Wire Products on Kamehameha (near the docks) sells Hondas generators. I remember seeing them there about 2 years ago.

They sell them at Wire Products and they are proud of their prices. They sell the EU2000i for $1175.00. I bought a new one on eBay after finding someone that would ship via USPS parcel post. The new EU2000i was $825.00 plus $65.00 shipping. It has come in handy a couple of times already here in HPP. No electricity... no water!

Thanks all, turns out someone here in Oakland has one new for $800 - off to pick it up now. Hooray for Craigslist. And Punaweb! One more thing to stuff in the container!
