My understanding that the soil under post & peer is not required to be treated with poison for termites .Does anyone know if it's mandatory to treat under post & peer if there is concrete under?
The P&P is 5.6 ft if it matters.
I'd appreciate the information.

Treatment is definitely required. When we built, we had it done and had to have certification signed by the company that did it. This was given to the building inspector in the check-off process.
