This is too bad. I was looking forward to Billy Kenoi and Angel Pilago in a side by side forum.

I guess this means "Together We Can't"

I'm guessing that he figured that he was far enough ahead that he could afford the votes he would lose by not showing vs the gamble of a debate he could theoretically lose.

Was that in the newspaper 'HTH'? That makes this forum all the more important. We have an opportunity here to examine credentials; not just candidate brochure info, but a verbal, visual, talk story... my, my, my. We were looking forward to the exchange. When we look at candidate forums on all levels, national to local, we invite the candidates into our homes... at least that is what Jim and I do. Now we have the opportunity to welcome Angel into more homes, broaden the Ohana, as can only be done in Hawaii. Silly Billy, dissing an opportunity like this... says a lot about character.
