"Special subdivision power policy"
#1
When looking at lots in HPP on Hilobrokers.com I see "Special subdivision power policy" and I wonder what this means.

Blake; Basically it means that in order to get helco to bring power to your lot you need to pay the assessment fee determined for that subdivision power supply fee. On our lot the SSPP was 2100. It can go higher if they need to set poles to reach your lot. You can call Helco with the TMK # and they will tell you what the SSPP fee is for the lot.

SSPP... yes I just did not put SSPP and special subdivision power policy together... I am not always the sharpest tool. Thanks Dick.

Blake; Not a problem, I have enough senior moments of my own for several people. All these alphabet acronyms get to all of us one time or another.

There are some streets in HPP (mostly in the middle) which have few or no electric poles.

True. Maybe there's a geological feature preventing them. Hmmm.

No, it's lack of houses.
