Thanks David, we're feelin' good about it. With the drop in real estate prices (even in AZ where it's been a very busy couple of years) we were thinkin' we would have to lower our asking price 50K...with this arrangement we got 21K more than we were expecting...it's a good option for people who aren't in a position to purchase right now but know their situation will change within a certain time frame...our guy is a professional going through a divorce...good idea not to purchase anything right now I guess. LOL

P.S. Ms.Moto - email me ...I'm so sorry I didn't get a chance to chat with you at the Punaweb Party at Richard and Mark's...we were actually on our way out when you came in... Smile)

holy moly! 7 weeks?
I'm sorry it has taken so long getting your stuff Carrie.
Hmmm, whose the patron saint of getting your things in a timely matter?
Congrats on selling your place. I just saw your last posts, so I will email you today.

If I have it figured right, it took about 7 weeks for our container to be delivered to our house after it was loaded and hauled off in the Bay Area. It actually arrived a week or so before being delivered, but we had to wait for HITCO to be able to schedule. We had a couple of extra crates that were packed at the same time as the container, and it took them an additional 3 weeks to be delivered. This was handled through Pakman Hawaii Express.

Have another cool beverage and try to relax...

Haaahaa, Les...no kidding! I called again this morning and they said WEDNESDAY! Yay, (I hope, I hope)...

Hi Raquel...we actually went with a Lease Option to Buy, which means the guy that is leasing our house has 2 years to decide, but he would lose a nice deposit and 1/2 of all the payments he makes that goes toward the purchase price...also he is planning to do some updating and change the 1/2 bath into a full bath...it's all on him, but he seems to really love the house...it's all good. Big Grin
