What is the phone number for non-emergency calls in the Puna district, for after hours and weekends? This would be for filing a complaint, etc.
No one answers the phone at the number for the Puna District office - 966-5835 and when I call here:
"Non-emergency Information and Complaints: 935-3311" (straight from the Hawaii County Police web site) they tell me I shouldn't be calling the Ka`u number, which I sure didn't think I was?
It's hard to report anything if they don't have readily available contact info!
