selling our house in lava zone 1

The banks are not loaning in Lava Zone 1 or 2, How are we to sell our house then?

They do, but most real estate agents don't know about it. E-mail me privately and I will give you the mortgage broker info.

There are lenders doing Lava Zone 1. Usually, however, due to the lack of PMI (private mortgage insurance) in that area, the buyer will have to have 20% down.

Yeah, it's not the lava that's scary, it is the financing. My Realtor gave me a couple of names for financing, but we never got into details as we want to live higher. But financing and insurance is supposed to be out there.
