Looking for Macnut trees

Anyone know where I could get a couple of macnut trees? Every where I have called is out of them.

I purchased a grafted one from Plant It Hawaii. It wasn't anywhere on their list of available trees, I just called and asked and they had some (several months back). $50 in a 7 gallon pot.
