Thanks for that link. On Deb's rental I just ran the year end visitors and we were up 25% at a slightly higher rental per night cost. I didnt know if it was better marketing or just plain luck!

While spending is up it is probably due mostly to the increasing number of visitors. The true key for boosting our local (BI) economy is how much each visitor is spending. When each visitor starts spending more per visit then the local economy is boosted the most. Unfortunately this article didn't give this detailed a statistic.
