Safeway Free Fruit Tree Program?

I've received an email stating that they are running a free tree program. They're asking for four Safeway card holder card numbers.

We took part in Pahoa High School's fruit tree give-away last year. This year they had to write an new grant or get a new sponsor and one requirement was providing names of 4 folks along with their Safeway numbers. We didn't take part so I don't remember the details but I think it is all legit. Our Yamagata avocado is doing nicely!
