Yep... Looks like the feds are gonna get all kinds of new leads. I suppose if I held a MJ growers card I'd be more worried than not having one. You are on the list! wave goodbye to your property, the federal government thanks you.

Since when was the federal government concerned with the peoples vote?

I support the medical marijuana movement.
I don't partake myself, but know it is helpful to others.
I was under the impression that a person with medical marijuana Rx could grow up to 3 plants legally and have a specific amount of dried pot for consumption.
Does anyone know these specific rules?
I would think Mary, the OP of this thread should get herself a medical marijuana prescription and stay within those guidelines to be legally safe.

The problem being .....

the Feds keep changing he rules, assuring non prosecution one day - sending in the attorney general the next

The Hawaii department overseeing the blue card offered all the names and addresses of permit holders to the trib for publication a few years back....

A very complex issue - the foundation being built on shifting sand

Tough to recommend a course of action -

comment:
what the heck just pop another legal Xanax to be safe - grin
that is the goal of big pharma - seems like half of my peers on that crap

I think it's stupid to think the feds are going to bust medical card holders and take their property, I can just see it thousands of sick people on the big island in court, lol

God, I can't believe what I'm reading here from some of you. Listen, first and foremost, the FEDS do not have the numbers or the $$$ to go state by state looking for growers, and owners of dispensaries. Nor is anybody gonna be targetted for having their medical cannabis cards...or loose their homes for having that card either. Let us not forget that our Federal government still supplies medical cannabis to a number of patients monthly. Low quality that it is, it's still cannabis, and our government supplies it to our citizens. So wouldn't it truly be hard for our government to charge anyone? Especially when your state gives you the green light to grow. I just don't see it happening. Threats yeah, but actual arrest, absolutely not!
