Loud Band Practice in Leilani Estates. Help!

Does anyone know who is playing their drums repeatedly throughout the day in Leilani Estates? Somewhere in the neighborhood of Moku St., between Leilani and Malama. Constant drumming, echoes and reverberates through the whole area. For someone who works at home its quite frustrating, but it reverberates so far I can't tell what house it is.

Someone has to live next door to them unfortunately, but before I file a complaint I need to find out what house.

We're in the house at the NE corner of Leilani and Moku. From here, it sounds like it is coming from the pavilion; we thought there was some sort of practice. Have'nt heard it in the last few days and it hasn't been loud enough to be a bother here.

It must be closer to our end of Moku then. Definitely was happening yesterday and today. Either have to go inside and close all windows and turn on music, or just deal with hearing banging drums ricocheting around the property.
