2 New Dollar Stores in Hilo

My Favorite. Just found one near Island Natural in Hilo Shopping Center on Kilauea. Got a pet collar for $1.25, Walmart wants $3-4. Some stuff is cheap junk, just have to pick through. Great values. The other is across from Ken's Pancake's, but the entrance is on the side, kind of confusing. I hope they make it in this economy.

You are right about those collars. My cat keeps losing her breakaway collar. I just bought two for 4-5 dollars and she lost one right away. Sigh.

Are they really decent collars, and with the safety feature? I would be all over that deal.

The collars are stretchy with a buckle, but no holes or "pin"? They stay, but if caught on something & pulled on hard enough they could escape. Purrrfect I think.
