Anyone have an idea about where to find out (other than HIINFO) about lots in Seaview?

Try and go to clarkhawaii.com. The least expensive lot is being sold for $17k. Search "Kalapana Seaview Estates". Most other realty companies provide the same type of search features.

We really liked living there but the commute was a killer, it's a great little community. The middle lots are much better, the lots on the edges have the loudest coqui populations I've ever experienced, especially on the Kalani side.

Thanks for the advice! Have a realtor sending us info...yes, I see that one for 17k...HIINFO.COM is pretty good but there are some that we know of that are not on the MLS. Carol - coquis don't bother us at all. I don't even hear 'em anymore after six years. We have plenty in Hawaiian Shores too. I love the feel of the area...the commute IS a booger! If we ended up down there, I guess I would make the adjustment and clean only in the lower Puna area...you never know what tomorrow will bring, right?
