P.T., section F.3. states that refunds will be made in the first 15 years after the line is first energized in a particular unit. This means that after 15 years after first energizing the line (a time limit which I believed has passed for SH's unit in Seaview), no refunds will be issued even if the original amount Helco invested is recovered.
