Sears at Ala Moana closing

Out with the old and in with the new I guess. I just hope one of the new tenants is an "Olive Garden"! Just wondering if the same thing will happen with Sears in Prince Kuhio?

The Hilo Sears is safe- for now. The Prince Kuhio anchor pad wasn't
included in this sale.

I hope GGP finds suitable replacement tenants, if and when the Hilo Sears is closed. It took them 15 years to find a new tenant for the
old Woolworth's space.

Kinda sad in a sense. When I lived on Oahu actually did more sears shopping at Pearl Ridge.
