mixed use incubators
#1
I have a crazy idea that might be a solution to those looking for minimal spaces along with some way to make a living. I have this mixed-use project in central HPP. County approved permit and prefab structures for three tower ag structures. These independent structures can be expanded to allow for three live-work spaces of approximately 300sf each. These would be unique "incubator" spaces for creative types looking for ultra efficient space to work and sell your agriculturally-relatecd products. Overall lot is one acre surrounded by four other sustainable home projects, Our cost for lot was $60k and we are including the permit, the structures, and plans for alternative build-outs for $50k. The structures may also be converted into a single larger solar home with architectural plans provided. Looking for an alternative rethinking of living, working, suburbia, sustainable development, then this could be a fit for you, either as an owner -user or a for profit developer.

I have plans and permits. There are no shipping containers in this project. By definition a good architect is one who "dreams" , or envisions what the rest of us cannot see yet. The "basic requirement" here is that someone will see the concept here and want to go forward with it. In that case I would sell them the project, or possibly form a joint venture. Commercial uses can be assumed to have security, and in this case the presence of live-in "security " would be minimized due to the micro-efficient spaces that do not read as suburban homes to anyone but the users. Present system is not serving some people, I think this could fill a need.
