Aloha all, Terrapin Station, the good ol' grateful dead cover band will be playing the Akebono Theater on March 31st 2012. We will be playing two sets and there will be a guest artist during our intermission. $7 at the door and it is a benefit for the Hawaiian Hawksbill Turtle Recovery.
Please join us for some dancing tunes and a good time to be had for all. 8-12pm. 21 and over. Mahalo in advance and really hope to see a lot of you there! Flyers to be posted around town soon. Aloha

Damn I wish it wasn't so far to Kona and back,, oh well soon enough i hope..hey Abe on you tube check out "The Electricians" with David Gans..pretty cool stuff..

the hare, so glad you commented. I need to get in touch with you. any idea how without posting info here? We are trying to play Honoka'a in May (possibly with Love Machine a Hendrix and Floyd band)and want to make it to Kona and wanted your help in posting flyers if we do make it out there. Abe... I would try to help,, but I work 55 hrs a week, commute,,have a spoiled Greman Shepherd that gets a mile plus walk every evening when I get home, so I have very little free time,,,, when I do I am on the water paddling I may not be your key guy for that...

just wanted to giv this a bump. our 1st set is 8 to about 915, then Diana Aki (the songbird of Miloli'i) will be performing beautiful old school Hawaiian tunes, then our second set is about 1015 till pau. Hope to see you this saturday. aloha
