Every day it seems Big Brother is getting closer. I won't continue to rant about that. Like Rob says, ignore, do not feed, seems to work. I can certainly agree to the harassment and anti bullying, but "annoy"?

I agree with the critics, the bill is to broad. It states "annoy & offend". With heightened sensitivities these days people can easily be offended or annoyed with another persons point of view! The bill needs to be tightened up a bit, BUT it is a start.

As much as I hate Trolls, one of the best things about America is the Constitution and it's amendments. They will likely find that bill in violation of the right to freedom of speech.
