What kind of food will you be selling? Prepared food takes preparation in a certified kitchen and a health certificate from dept of health. Produce you can simply show up and sell. Doors open at 5:30am, stalls available on a first come first served basis. Many cars are lined up along the road so the earlier you get there the better. As you drive in you get a number, then go to the office which opens at 6am where you pay your booth fees of $25 and pick out which stall you like. Try this #808-965-2665
