The masters of the public servants are the corporate "persons" who pay (bribe) the alleged public servants.
Next step is internal passports on the civil liberties side.
On the economic side, the alleged public servants will at the bidding of their corporate "master persons", steal everything ordinary people have to give to the financial interests ("Wall Street").
Ordinary people don't count anymore.
They have lost their fear of ordinary people.
The corruption is also prevalent at the State and County levels in Hawaii and Hawai'i.
We all are aware of it to one degree or another.
