licensed electrician and plumber

Hi,

I have land on ainaloa in the big island and currently looking for a licensed electrician and plumber so that I can get a rough estimate of how much it will cost.

Most electrical and plumbing contractors will ask for the plans to do an estimate.

In the meantime, for the plumbing I would suggest estimating $500/fixture including water pump, all toilets, faucets, WH, Washer, etc. Someone will correct me if they have a different pricing as it has been fluctuating wildly. This broad generalization will give you an over all idea.

For site work, I suggest Nick Moore of Moore's Excavating. I have worked with many guys on this aspect and Nick is my favorite and does a good job with appropriate equipment to the size of the project (and is licensed for the waste water system installation).
