Sushi class?

I am looking for a class that teaches the art of making Sushi.
Anyone know of such a class?

Super easy? Don't tell that to the Japanese sushi chefs who study 10 years to hone their craft!

But I agree, basic te-maki ("roll-your-own") zushi is pretty easy. The trick is using good rice, adding the right amount of vinegar, and of course getting decent tasty fish, avos, egg, or whatever else floats your sushi boat. And don't forget the nori and wasabi!
