who pays for these fly overs? Is it the taxpayers burden, or does the Federal Gov kick down funds for these rude invasion of our privacy

I'm always amused to see someone talking about Federal Govt funds as though they came from someplace other than out of OUR pockets..

Lemme see if I can help....

If the funds come from the Federal Govmnt, State govmnt, or County govmnt - it means us taxpayers are paying. But IMHO many who don't pay taxes or even get tax credits related to income DO see it as a free lunch.
