I agree with terracore: putting something there that could help prevent future wars would be entirely fitting.

Yeah, I'm with terracore and Dick on this one. I think it would be a fitting, practical tribute, but that's just me.

Yup, I share the notion that PV and energy independence in general would be a positive investment to help prevent future conflicts and protect our military personnel from potential danger.
