No more vendors at top of Paradise Dr.?!

I was curious at what happened to little Mexico(Big Island Tacos, Tamales, SalsaMan)+ coffee van are no longer there selling their products. Did the HPP Governing body remove these folks or did the cops run them off?

Anybody have the scoop on this?

The Big Island Tacos people used to set up at the bottom of Pohaku but I saw the cops run them out of there about a year ago. Then they came to the top of Paradise. I don't think the cops can make them move because it's private property. The roasted chicken people used to be there by themselve but I heard they opened a place near Pahoa.
