anyone catch a cold lately
#11
Carol was right. Got sick Sunday. Today, this afternoon, my strength came back. 4 days, almost Pau. Took Cold eze and Sovereign silver, Sudafed and aspirin. Slept a lot and drank a lot of water. First night was the worst. Headache, chills, sweats, weak and achy.
I think I'll go get a flu shot now.
One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.

Regardless of whether I am right or not the air filter is a good addition when actual vog is the issue, and of paticular use for other particulate pollution as in chemtrails and other aerosol additions to our sky.

An effective way to see what you are breathing is to take a bright spotlight out at night and shine it into the air around you, be sure there is no precipitation going on because that will be just moisture, and make sure to do it in the darkest area you can find.
You can also use any camera flash device and make sure it is very dark with no lights on around you, shoot of the flash while looking at the area in front of it. - you will be amazed.
