Pretty small response rate. There might be that many employees of the Police Department.

LOL, I'm sure the response rate for friends, family and members of the Dept was greater than that of the general public.

Very interesting that most common answer on nearly everything was "agree" until the question about serving the needs of the community, where neutral and disagree were the most common. Frankly, that seems like the most pertinent question, because questions about resolving issues should be more positive than negative. But serving the community is a different calculus, and it had a different answer. Hopefully that grabs the attention of the powers that be.

I'd also like to see what the narrative responses at the end were, and what common threads there were.

If you want accurate info, a scientific poll is worth the expense. But then I'm not sure how you would get an accurate scientific poll if there are an exceptional number of people that are off grid or cell phone only.
