Here's one they didn't mention - - The Young Jawaiian Trustifarian Couple.

They are 25 years old, dreadlocks almost down to their waists, just coming from some kind of exercise and/or musical event.
They're always in line in front of you, buying things you can only afford in your dreams.

At Pahoa Fresh Fish they each order the 5 piece, eat 1/2 of it, then throw the rest into the back of their late model pickup for their dogs to finish. The dogs are incredibly well behaved, and will not make a move until one of the trustafarians say loudly and directly "Schmeckt gut, essen!" Clearly the dogs have received four weeks of intensive training at Der Wolfhausen Akademie on the Hamakua Coast, where canines are taught to respond only to commands given in German. Excuse me, Deutsch.

At Malama Market they buy dessert, a couple of pints of Ben & Jerry's "Pot 'O Gold" Ice Cream, so full of exotic nuts, rare fruit, and extra butterfat, that the price is based on the Real Time Commodities Futures Exchange Index.
Of course, they look like models from an ad in Yoga Journal, and even if you found out and added together their body fat percentages, you know it would barely crack 10%.

I think these people are called "trustafarians".

I'm no trustifarian, or even a Rastafarian, but I do train my dogs using the Schutzhund method.
For certification Deutsche is the preferred language, but there are some recognized champion dogs which were trained in other languages.

My dogs know commands in three languages, as well as non verbal signals.
