No thank You,we do not want that kind of asset ,so you must re calibrate your monies to exclude us.
Unless it is a new requirement to be a member of this punaweb,we still do not wish to be part owners in this venture.
We never read in TOS that we had to buy into a coffee plantation on Hwy 11.
If they were solely a grower of Hawaiian Endemics maybe but no thank you on the coffee venture.
Can build a 2 bedroom new house for the $36K amount for our ohana.Much better asset than a coffee outlet .Good chuckle indeed .
