Looking for a Rental

We are looking to relocate back to Hilo/Pahoa area.
Recently sold our home and are seeking a 3 bd home for a 1-2 year rental while we build. We are a professional family of 4 with 2 smaller sized older dogs and a older cat. We have 1 doxie and a beagle mix both about 11 years old and our 17 year old cat.
We have a couple rentals we are looking at however I thought Id post here to see what others may have also.
We are able to pay 6 months to a year advance for rent for the right home.

i'd be wary of paying 6 months in advance here. Most everyone will be completely happy with first, last and security deposit. It's a strange thing here, but over achieving is almost looked down upon here.

To start with, it is illegal for a landlord to ask for more than 1st month's rent and security deposit, up to the amount of the 1st month's rent. It is now legal to get an additional pet deposit though.
