HPPOA: Special Board Meetings begin 10/2

"Special Board Meetings will be held from 9-10am every Thursday in the Library starting on October 2nd and continuing until further notice. These meetings will allow the Board to catch up on business matters while the lava threat remains a topic at regular meetings."

I hope they approve some past minutes so they can get posted while they are at it. It would be really helpful to know what actually happened in terms of motions, amendments, votes and motions passed since this board was seated, you know, the actual legal part of being a board member.
