Is there some legal punishment involving 'banishment' from a given island? He is a shame to us all but especially to those born and raised. Entrusted as a leader to handle large funds of public money and instead steals from us to pay for toys and women. Shameful, I don't know how he can look his family in the eye much less maintain office. He needs to GTFO ASAP and not come back!
