Structure Platform Build recommendations

I have a 8'x16' structure I am wanting to relocate on my lot. I am looking to lift it with a bucket lift and place it on a platform. I need recommendations for someone to build the platform. In principle, it is the equivalent of building a deck. I just need a flat place on which to place the structure. Thanks in advance for your ideas.

what is going into the shed ie how heavy? How far off the ground? Need it high enough to store stuff under it?

just storing garde/building supplies. Need deck about 3' off ground. Maybe 1000lbs.
