The german tourist story forgot to mention he was in an 18'Boston whaler style hot rod, rented from I don't know whom.
The commercial whale swimming at Makua on Oahu was the story. Not sure of the outcome for commercial operators. But it can't hurt the whales. No palu or spears, this was for spinning dophin. I believe the humpbacks can Thrive!
